Tired? Lacking Focus? Eating or drinking your feelings? It’s Time to Tap!

This Thursday I will be hosting a Tune into Tapping session for an intimate gathering to share and show my guests how Thought Field Therapy (TFT) can be used to support our emotional wellbeing through the simple power of touch.

We are often reluctant to feel our feelings which can often be disguised for other body functions including hunger and cravings for junk food, alcohol, over eating, tiredness and stress. It is very easy to learn tapping as a healthful and helpful solution to help put life back into balance.
